Two small things that live where you work. Both keep what they see on your Mac; nothing is read or sent without you asking.
twodo for Mac
My day, meeting notes with on-device transcription, and the hands Ask twodo uses in your local apps. Apple silicon, macOS 14 or newer.
Download for Mac (.dmg)- Open the disk image and drag twodo to Applications.
- This is a beta build that Apple hasn't notarised yet: the first time, right-click twodo and choose Open, then confirm. Later builds won't need this.
- Pair it with your twodo account when it asks, and allow Accessibility. Microphone and Screen & System Audio Recording are asked for the first time you capture a meeting.
- Speech models for meeting notes download once, inside the app, under My day → Settings.
twodo for Chrome
Lets Ask twodo do web work in a background tab of your own Chrome, with your logins, and adds My day to the side panel.
Download for Chrome (.zip)- Unzip it, open chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode, and choose Load unpacked → the unzipped folder. (A Chrome Web Store listing is coming, which makes this one click.)
- Click the twodo icon and pair with your account. Pause it from the same place whenever you like.
